HeatPump.Marketing exists for one kind of client: a Canadian HVAC company that wants to sell more heat pumps, profitably, without misleading anyone along the way. We plan and run the marketing, and advise on the business decisions around it. We are not a contractor. We don't install, size, repair or service heat pumps, and we never deal with homeowners on our own behalf.
The company
We are a focused brand within a larger Canadian group.
HeatPump.Marketing sits in the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. On the Sedighi.ca side, Ali's consulting company covers growth, marketing and technology work through brands such as HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. On the SAZ.ca side, the Strategy & Acceleration Zone handles strategy, AI and revenue-acceleration consulting; Ali founded it and is its Managing Partner.
We use HVAC.Agency's plans and pricing, but everything on this site is built for one category. Heat pumps sell differently from furnaces, boilers or water heaters, and a specialist playbook beats a generic one. The services hub explains the five parts of that playbook.

How we work
Our process is deliberately plain:
- Numbers before tactics. We start with your average heat-pump ticket, margin, close rate and rebate share. If the maths doesn't support a campaign, we say so.
- Province before copy. Every plan begins with your region's fuel mix, incentives and rules. The areas hub shows what that looks like.
- Claims you can defend. Incentives are dated and linked to the administrator. Performance claims come from manufacturer documentation or your own records. Outcomes are measured and reported, never promised.
- You own everything. Website, ad accounts, call tracking and content are in your company's name.
- One senior point of contact. You talk to a strategist who knows heat pumps, not a rotating account team.
What we won't do
Being specific about our limits is part of the job:
- We won't promise a number of leads, rankings or a return. We'll show you the arithmetic and report honestly.
- We won't write that a heat pump will "save you $X" without stated assumptions.
- We won't advertise a rebate as available before it opens, or after it closes.
- We won't give engineering, legal, tax or compliance advice. We link to the regulators and administrators, and you or your advisers make those calls.
A typical first month
Most installers want to know what working with us actually looks like before they commit. A first month usually runs like this:
- Week 1: the 7-day free trial. We audit your site, ads and search visibility, benchmark three or four local competitors and build a first incentive map for your service area.
- Week 2: a written plan with the one or two services we'd start with, the reasoning and the expected cost per booked assessment.
- Weeks 3–4: the first changes go live, usually a corrected rebate page, call tracking and either a follow-up cadence or a filtered search campaign.
From then on you get regular reports and a standing call with the strategist running your account. If a month's numbers are poor, we explain why and what we're changing.
Why heat pumps
Heat pumps sit where three hard marketing problems meet: changing incentives, a genuine technical question about winter, and a buyer who compares carefully. Most HVAC marketing handles one of those well. The installers who grow handle all three, and that's the work we focus on.
If you'd like to see how this approach has performed for other heating companies, the results page has the case studies. If you want to talk, call, text or email; the contact page explains what to send.
