Monthly marketing plans
Each plan includes everything in the plan before it.
| Plan | Price (CAD) | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $2,998/month | A website with SEO-built service pages; Google Business Profile and local SEO; a basic setup of Google and Meta ads; hosting, maintenance and a monthly report. |
| Growth | $4,498/month | All of Starter, plus deeper SEO and content work, paid ads across several channels, retargeting, CRM integration, review generation and a weekly report. |
| Elite | $8,998/month | All of Growth, plus video, PR outreach, a dedicated account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reporting built to your needs. |
For heat-pump sellers, here is roughly how the services map onto the plans:
- Starter suits an installer with a solid close rate who needs a clear rebate page, a local search presence and basic ads.
- Growth is where most heat-pump work happens: ongoing cold-climate content, comparison pages, multi-channel ads and CRM-based quote follow-up.
- Elite fits multi-location companies or those entering several provinces, where video, PR and a real-time dashboard are worth the cost.
Website packages
One-time build fees, plus a monthly hosting and maintenance charge:
| Package | Price (CAD) | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | $3,500 one-time | A custom site of 5 to 7 pages, built in 2 to 3 weeks; hosting and maintenance then run $149 a month. |
| Professional | $6,500 one-time | A conversion-focused site of 10 to 15 pages, built in 3 to 4 weeks; hosting, maintenance and CRO then run $249 a month. |
| Enterprise | $12,500 one-time | As many pages and locations as you need, built in 4 to 6 weeks; full management then runs $449 a month. |
A heat-pump installer who needs separate pages for rebates, several comparisons, ducted and ductless systems and a few service areas usually outgrows Essential quickly. Professional is the common choice.
What drives the cost for heat-pump sellers
Four things change how much work a heat-pump plan needs:
- Number of provinces or incentive regions. Each program needs its own dated, maintained content.
- Language. Quebec campaigns need French-first content; Nunavut needs Inuktut.
- Competition. Toronto, Vancouver and Montréal need more content and ad management than smaller markets.
- Your sales process. If follow-up tools have to be set up from scratch, that's extra work at the start.
How to judge whether it's worth it
Work it out with your own numbers. A worked example:
- Gross profit per installed heat pump: $4,200
- Growth plan: $4,498/month, plus GST/HST
- Break-even on the plan fee alone: a little over one extra signed job a month
If your average job and margin look like that, the question isn't whether the plan costs too much; it's whether we can add two, three or more signed jobs a month in your market. We'll give you our honest view during the trial. Add your ad spend to the calculation separately.
Questions to ask before you choose a plan
Before you pick a level, answer these honestly with your team:
- How many heat-pump quotes can we handle a month without stretching estimators or crews? There's no point paying for demand you can't serve.
- Do we know our close rate? If not, the first month's priority is measurement, and Starter or Growth will cover it.
- How many incentive programs affect our customers? One province with one program is simpler than three provinces with five.
- Who on our side will answer leads quickly? Response speed often matters more than plan level.
- Do we need a new website? If your current site can't host rebate, comparison and winter pages cleanly, budget for a build.
Taxes, terms and ownership
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. Canadian clients add GST/HST based on their province (GST and QST in Quebec), per the CRA rates page as of 2026-10-23.
- No lock-in.
- You own your website, ad accounts, tracking and content.

Frequently asked questions
Is ad spend included in the monthly plan?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or other platforms from your own account. The plan covers strategy, setup, management and reporting.
Is there a contract?
There's no lock-in. You can stop when the work isn't paying for itself. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you into it.
What's in the 7-day free trial?
We audit your current marketing, check how your website performs, review your SEO and benchmark you against competitors. You don't need a credit card to start.
Do you add GST or HST?
Yes. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the tax follows your province: 5% GST in BC, the Prairies and the territories, 13% to 15% HST in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, and 5% GST plus 9.975% QST in Quebec.
Can we buy a website without a monthly plan?
Yes. Website packages are one-time fees with a separate monthly hosting and maintenance charge, and you own the site.
